Answer: No, you do not, however there is a storyline that develops along the way.

Trainee: 25 - 99 posts
Probationary Operative: 100 - 249 posts
Intelligence Operative: 250 - 499 posts
Orion Team Member: 500 - 2499 posts
Orion Team Leader: 2500+ posts

Answer: Due to past issues dealing with inappropriate content being spammed on this message board, TheThirdOption.net has initially locked the profile and ability to send personal messages until a member reaches 'Trainee' status with at least 25 posts. Once 25 posts are reached you will be able to edit your profile and send personal messages.
